should i or shouldnt i

I had breast augmentation in December 2007, went from an a cup to a c cup, implants 325, i then had to have corrective surgery in November 2008 as my right nipple had dropped 3cm, dont know why, the consultant said she thought it was because i used a sunbed and my skin had become saggy and thats why it had dropped. it cost me another £1,500 on top of my £3,750 for the original op. I am unsure about my right breast again it looks like the nipple has dropped again, cant see the surgeon as she comes over from Germany and is not coming over until June time.
