SwissVPN blocking utorrent. Any Help? Empty SwissVPN blocking utorrent. Any Help?

Each student connects to the internet through SwissVPN using an individual username and password. Many web sites are blocked (like ThePirateBay) and utorrent shows no incoming connections...
Can anyone help?
