How did i do today? food wise/exercise?
veggie delight salad 1.30pm (woke up late) 150 calories
banana 5.pm 150 calories
vitamin drink 150 calories
low fat ice cream cone 150 calories
7.30 pm a lil bit of crab
2 chicken tendrlions
a couple bites of potatoes
dinner 3 chicken tenderloins the small ones broccoli and cheese
worked out on the eliptical at 5-7 burned 1000 calories
