I am a newbie so here is the first of some dumb questions. How do you recognize a bot in your raw logs. My site has a PR4 and is ranking in the top ten on three of my search terms for the last year or so. My fourth search term made it as high as 79 and then dissapeared completely. I am hoping that after the "google dance" this will change without any modifications to my site.
