T-storms while on vacation at Disney World? Empty T-storms while on vacation at Disney World?

My family will be leaving on April 26, 2011 to go to Disney World and leaving April 30, 2011 for most of our vacation there seems to be Isolated T-Storms or Scattered T- Storms is my vacation to FL a total loss? Any tips on what to do because we cannot change the dates or cancel? We are staying at The Polynesian Resort and would definitely like to use the pool and go to all the parks any tips?
