AS3 Detecting mouse location
I am trying to check if the mouse is over my movie object and if so I want the video controls to appear, and vise versa, if the mouse leaves i want the controls to disappear.
I can get this to work with ".visible" but I am going for a smooth tween in and out instead of the abrupt on/off. The problem I have right now is that the enter frame function gets called 12 times a second, meaning the tween function also gets called that same amount of times and this ruins the animation.
