Extracting Email addresses

In Access select tables on the left hand side menu.
Now right click the table that contains the contact details and select export.
Next you will be asked the format (normally .xls) of the new file and where it should be saved.
You will be able to open this file in Microsoft Excel allowing you to delete any columns that are not required.
However if you are sending the mass email yourself using Microsoft Outlook, you can do some clever email merging to personalise the content to each recipient.
