How to make a Joint gift deed?

Hello, I and my daughter both own 1/2 each of a whole property which came to us after my husband's death through the hindu succession act. We have bought different flats and are planning to shift. We both want to gift this property to my grandson who can live in this place and also build a library which my husband had always wanted. What are the procedure if we want to give him the property through gift deed, since it is not a single person giving, but both which will result in his total ownership. Thank you.
