files are corrupted when uploading to fileserve Empty files are corrupted when uploading to fileserve

I use filezilla to upload rar files to fileserve premium account, all appears to go well, but when you download the file from fileserve, the file cant be extracted as its corrupted,, what is causing this and how can I correct it?
